By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any R3esolution product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

R3esolution provides dedicated servers, cloud infrastructure, managed services, and related support. Service availability, features, and pricing may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice where practical.

Fees are billed according to the plan selected at checkout or agreed in writing. Invoices must be paid on time to avoid suspension or termination. Taxes, chargebacks, and payment processor fees may be charged where applicable. Billing questions can be sent to billing@r3esolutioninfotech.com.

Services must not be used for prohibited content, malicious activity, abuse, or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate services to protect the platform, our customers, or third parties, or where required by law.

Except where prohibited by law or stated in a separate written agreement, services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the relevant period.
